[ Spotlighting | Minutes from ME | Puzzler | Thisday | BioPoint ]
March is Women's History Month, so this issue of "inQuiry Almanack" features
resources that highlight achievements by women and girls in science both
in the past and in the present.
"Minutes from ME" tell the story of women who have achieved fame and respect in the fields of science and technology.
The "Spotlight" features a scrapbook of sights and sounds from Public Science Day, 1998. Follow along as one Science teacher from Philadelphia engages her students in the day's science activities.
The "BioPoint" students, some of whom are female, share their creativity in cell science.
Of course, if you aren't planning to celebrate Women's History Month, you can still find something else to celebrate with "Thisday."
